Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons (hamstring) is officially active for a Week 11 divisional matchup on Sunday against the Houston Texans. Simmons was listed as questionable for this contest, but he'll make his return after missing the last two games due to a hamstring injury. It's a definite boost for a Titans defense coming off its bye as they take on Texans backup quarterback Davis Mills. Tennessee's defense/special teams unit shouldn't be considered much more than a low-upside streaming option in deeper leagues, though. Through 10 weeks of the NFL season, the Titans' D/ST ranks 14th in the league in fantasy points. Simmons has been a key interior defender for the Titans, collecting 30 tackles (21 solo), 4.5 sacks, and a forced fumble in his seven games played this year.--Keith Hernandez
