Ottawa Senators left wing Nick Cousins (undisclosed) left Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss against the Montreal Canadiens in the third period, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports. Prior to his exit, Cousins was involved in a fight with Canadiens defenseman Jayden Struble. The veteran has contributed two goals and one assist in 13 outings this season, averaging close to two hits per game. Cousins gets a few days to recover, as the Senators won't return to action until their meeting with the Boston Bruins on Thursday night. If he isn't ready to play on Thursday, Ottawa is likely to bring Olle Lycksell back into the lineup.--Taavi Pailk
