Washington Capitals forward Pierre-Luc Dubois (lower body) didn't finish Friday's 3-1 loss to the New York Islanders. He suffered a lower-body injury in the first period, which has left Washington without its top two centers. Dylan Strome (lower body) sat out a second consecutive game on Friday night. Dubois has already missed time this season because of a lower-body ailment, making only six appearances. He has yet to register any points during a frustrating campaign. While Strome could be an option to return on Saturday against the Buffalo Sabres, Dubois' status is very much up in the air.--Taavi Pailk
