New York Giants linebacker Brian Burns (hip) is officially active for Sunday's contest against the Philadelphia Eagles. The star linebacker was unable to practice this week but progressed enough to suit up. Through seven games this season, Burns has totaled 34 tackles (23 solo) with nine sacks and four pass deflections. He has also forced one fumble. Managers should expect Burns to continue to operate as a full-time starter on the defensive line when they face the Eagles this afternoon.--Andy Smith
