5 Fantasy Football Bold Predictions - Aidin Ebrahimi's Week 7 Picks (2025)

Justin Herbert - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Aidin Ebrahimi's five fantasy football bold predictions for Week 7 of the 2025 NFL season. Expert predictions for Daniel Jones, Justin Herbert, Rachaad White, and more.

Another week, another shocking Thursday Night Football result. The Bengals pulled off a huge upset, as Joe Flacco turned back the clock with one of his best performances ever, recording 340+ yards with three touchdowns and no picks for the third time in his career to beat the Steelers.
Last week's bold predictions article had some big wins and some big losses. Drake London (PPR WR1, tied with George Pickens) and Rico Dowdle (Standard RB1) went off, Sam Darnold (QB9) and Trevor Lawrence (QB13) didn't have the standout performances I had anticipated, and Marvin Harrison Jr. suffered an unfortunate injury. Now, we will look at five of my boldest predictions for Week 7. Some of these predictions are bolder than the others, and there's a high chance that none of them will even come to fruition. But hey, what's the fun in going for the obvious picks every single week?
Without further ado, let's look at my five bold predictions for Justin Herbert, Daniel Jones, Rachaad White, Trey McBride, and Caleb Williams.

The Battle of the QB7 and the QB8 Will Be an Ugly Affair

Daniel Jones has gone from one of the worst QBs in football to one of the best in the blink of an eye. The Colts' great O-Line, their underrated receiving room, Jonathan Taylor, and Shane Steichen have transformed Jones into one of the most efficient and productive quarterbacks in the league.

Meanwhile, Herbert followed up his incredible start to the season with three mediocre performances before bouncing back in a big way against the Dolphins in Week 6, recording a passer rating over 110 for the third time this year.

Both QBs enter this matchup as top 10 fantasy quarterbacks, with Jones as the QB7 and Herbert as the QB8 in terms of total fantasy points. However, this upcoming matchup is shaping up to be a tactical battle between Steichen and Jim Harbaugh.

The Chargers are one of the best passing defenses in the league (sixth in the fewest passing yards allowed), while the Colts have allowed 20.3 fantasy points per game to QBs this year, which is right in the middle of the league's rankings.

Taylor is having an MVP-caliber season, while Kimani Vidal is looking to continue his form following his legendary breakout performance in Week 6.

Jones and Herbert will have to play mistake-free, high-efficiency football to win this crucial matchup, which isn't great news in terms of fantasy production.

Rachaad White Will Finally Have a Good Game Against the Lions

This is the opportunity of a lifetime for White. Despite finishing as the PPR RB4 in 2023, he was viewed as expendable following Bucky Irving's emergence in 2024.

Now in the final year of his contract, White didn't get too many opportunities at the start of the year, but Irving's injury in Week 4 changed everything.

White has put up 157 yards from scrimmage since becoming the starter, finishing as the PPR RB7 during that span. He has already scored more rushing touchdowns this season (four) than in 2024 (three) while playing in 10 fewer games.

White has struggled against the Lions in the regular season, recording a total of just 10.1 PPR points in two games against them. However, three of the Lions' four top run stoppers (per PFF grades) are out against the Buccaneers.

This is a great chance for White to establish himself once again and make his case for a big payday.

Trey McBride Will Finish As the Overall TE1

The Cardinals are currently going through an injury crisis. Kyler Murray got hurt prior to their game against the Colts in Week 6, while Harrison got hurt during that game. Of course, James Conner and Trey Benson are both out as well.

Despite all these setbacks, Jacoby Brissett almost led the team to a win with the help of McBride and Zay Jones. Jones is also dealing with an injury and might not play this week, which will leave McBride as the team's main option ahead of Week 7.

Fortunately for McBride, the Packers have allowed the third-most PPR points per game to TEs this season (17.4). Sam LaPorta had 79 yards against them, while Zach Ertz and Jake Ferguson both had at least 40 yards and a touchdown.

There's also a chance of Murray returning this week, which will boost McBride's chances of continuing his great run of form.

Caleb Williams Will Finish as a Top-3 QB

Caleb Williams' best fantasy performance of the season came in Week 3, when he threw for 298 yards and four touchdowns in a win against the Cowboys. This was his crowning fantasy football moment, as he finished as the QB1.

Williams' production has slowed down following that great showing, but he has still led the Bears to two wins against the Raiders and Commanders.

This upcoming game against the Saints is a great chance for Williams to pad his stats while also leading his squad to another victory.

New Orleans has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to QBs per game (24.5), and they have also given up 34.4 rushing yards per game to QBs with at least two rushing attempts. Williams has had at least two rushing attempts in all but one of his 22 career games.

With D'Andre Swift banged up following his standout 108-yard performance, look for the former first-overall pick to have another great fantasy outing.
