Dallas Cowboys left guard Tyler Smith (knee) is active for Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Carolina Panthers, according to Todd Archer of ESPN. Smith had been listed as questionable after being a limited participant, and he was a true game-time decision heading into this weekend. In the end, the starting offensive lineman will suit up for an NFC battle on the road. Smith, a fourth-year guard out of Tulsa, played every snap through the first four weeks before missing last Sunday's contest. He'll return to action and provide key protection in front of Dak Prescott and Javonte Williams.--Andersen Pickard
