San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee) was unable to practice on Tuesday due to a knee injury. This was his second straight day sitting out in practice. Fantasy managers should closely monitor his status on Wednesday as he appears to be in danger of missing their contest on Thursday evening against the Los Angeles Rams. Pearsall suffered this injury during their Week 4 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Before exiting, the second-year wideout caught four of his five targets for 46 yards. During the first three games of the season, Pearsall was very productive, tallying 281 yards on 16 receptions (24 targets). With Jauan Jennings (ankle/rib) also in danger of missing this contest, the 49ers could turn to Demarcus Robinson and Kendrick Bourne to operate as the team's top wideouts.--Andy Smith
