Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Wade Miley (forearm) has been transferred to the 60-day injured list on Thursday. This is a procedural move in order to free up a spot on the 40-man roster for Miguel Andujar. Miley has been sidelined since the middle of June due to a left flexor strain. The southpaw has been progressing through a throwing program, but isn't nearing a return. The shift to the 60-day injured list shouldn't impact too much considering Miley is still weeks away from returning.--Andy Webb
