MarShawn Lloyd Dealing With Groin Injury
MarShawn Lloyd (groin) suffered a groin injury in Monday's training camp practice and is not practicing on Tuesday, as expected. There was some worry when the Packers described Lloyd's injury as non-contact, and while he still could miss some time, at least it's not a non-contact knee injury. The 24-year-old only played in one game in 2024 in his rookie campaign, though, due to hip, hamstring, ankle and appendix issues. Another injury in training camp in his sophomore season isn't good news for the oft-injured back, but he could be ready to go for the start of the 2025 season. If Lloyd misses more time, it will give extra opportunities to both Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks behind RB1 Josh Jacobs in training camp.
