Tampa Bay Rays reliever Hunter Bigge (face) was released from the hospital and is "doing well," per Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times. Bigge suffered a frightening injury in the dugout Thursday when a 105.1 mph line drive hit by Baltimore Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman struck him in the face. Bigge was taken off the field on a stretcher. The 27-year-old gave a thumbs-up on his way out, but he had to undergo surgery on multiple facial fractures. Fortunately, he's now doing much better.--Connor Byrne
