Ben Griffin Once Again a Solid Option for Travelers Championship
Ben Griffin has continued to be a machine in 2025 with his latest top 10 finish at the U.S. Open. In his last four starts, he has finished in the top 10 in all four, including a win at the Charles Schwab Challenge and a win at the Zurich Classic just a couple of weeks before that. Not to mention his three other top 10 finishes earlier in the season. This week's Travelers Championship is an event where Griffin has little experience and also little success. He played TPC River Highlands in both 2023 and 2024, posting a missed cut and a 67th-place finish. However, Griffin's game is in the right place and has excelled in areas required to compete at this venue (driving accuracy and play on and around the greens). He ranks 95th in driving accuracy (58.92%), 50th in strokes gained around the greens (+0.164), and 41st in strokes gained putting (+0.252). He should continue his hot play this week and is a great start at his $8,100 price on DraftKings.
