Rico Hoey a Decent Dark-Horse Option at TPC Toronto
Rico Hoey has been the definition of boom or bust in 2025. In 17 events played, he has missed seven cuts, has four top 25s, and one top 10 finish. He has only made one start in this week's RBC Canadian Open, where he missed the cut last year. This year, the event will shift to TPC Toronto instead of the usual Hamilton Golf and Country Club. This year's venue measures 7,400 yards and rewards distance off the tee and solid iron play. Hoey ranks first in total driving and 44th in strokes gained on approach (+0.317 strokes per round). His inconsistent play makes him a dark horse option at best with his $7,300 price tag on DraftKings.
