Los Angeles Chargers tight end Will Dissly doesn't have much upside in a Week 18 game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Dissly will share snaps with Stone Smartt and possibly also with Hayden Hurst in a game that could see a lot of Chargers starters getting some rest. Dissly would seemingly have the highest floor of the three Bolts tight ends, but he's still in the middle of TE2 rankings at best.--David A Marcillo
