After two exciting days of Summer League, things heat up even more in Las Vegas on Sunday night. The NBA's up-and-coming players will continue to put themselves on the map in an attempt to solidify their spots on rosters heading into the 2024-25 campaign.

At the same time, more than a few players who've been in the league are scratching and clawing to earn a role with a team. Without a doubt, a few potent performances at Summer League can go a long way.

This article will highlight some DraftKings NBA Summer League daily fantasy options to consider for the four-game main slate that tips at 7:30 p.m. EDT on Sunday, July 14, 2024. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome NBA injuries report tool.

DraftKings Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Jordan Hawkins, PG/SG – vs. ORL ($8,500)

Hawkins had a team-high 18 points in Friday’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. He had issues finding the bottom of the net, going 6-for-21 from the field while missing six of his eight tries from downtown. At any rate, the 22-year-old is coming off a promising season, averaging 17.3 points in 10 starts. Without question, Hawkins is a talented player. But he needs as many minutes as he can get, meaning he should be a featured member of New Orleans’ Summer League squad.

Anthony Black, PG - @NOP ($7,900)

Black finished his rookie year by averaging only 4.6 points and 2.0 rebounds. Yet, there were some positives in his first season in the National Basketball Association. He shot 39.4% from deep and found himself in the starting lineup 33 times. Black has a chance to carve out a routine role for the Magic in 2024-25. He appears ready to accept the challenge, with the former Arkansas Razorback scoring 20 points and adding four steals in the win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night. Black is undoubtedly more skilled than most of the players in the Summer League, so he should remain a top producer versus the Pelicans.

Julian Strawther, SG - @ TOR ($7,700)

After capturing a championship in 2022-23, the Nuggets fell short of a repeat last season. While Denver had one of the best starting lineups in the National Basketball Association, the losses of Jeff Green and Bruce Brown severely limited the options from off the bench. With the Nuggets hoping to finish the 2024-25 campaign as the best team in the league, the club will need to get some quality minutes from everyone not named Nikola Jokic, Michael Porter Jr., Jamal Murray, and Aaron Gordon.

With that said, Strawther is a player who will need to step up for the Nuggets this season. But it appears he’s more than ready to do so, considering he had a solid showing in Friday’s loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. The 22-year-old finished that one with a team-high 25 points. Although Strawther’s shooting wasn’t the best, the Nuggets should give him plenty of opportunities to show his stuff on Sunday versus the Toronto Raptors.

Also Consider: Jett Howard ($7,500), Javonte Smart ($6,500), Javon Freeman-Liberty ($6,100), Jamaree Bouyea ($5,400)

DraftKings Forwards/Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Zaccharie Risacher, SF - vs. SAS ($8,600)

Risacher finished his first Summer League contest by providing his team with 18 points, five rebounds, and one block. Still, he has things to work on, which is why he’ll continue to get playing time throughout his time in Las Vegas. As such, the 2024 No. 1 overall pick could have a better showing on Sunday versus the Spurs now that he has a game under his belt.

Adama Sanogo, SF/PF - @ GS ($7,600)

Sanogo spent most of last season with the Windy City Bulls. But he made the most of his limited time with the big club in 2023-24 by becoming the second rookie in Bulls’ history to amass at least 20 points and 20 rebounds in a game while also setting a franchise record by pulling down eight offensive boards in a quarter.

Armed with a new two-way contract, Sanogo looked good in the Summer League win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday, finishing with 17 points, 12 rebounds, and three steals in 25 minutes off the bench. With Andre Drummond no longer in the equation, the Bulls should give Sanogo more opportunities to show what he can do in a meeting with the Golden State Warriors.

Julian Phillips, SF - @ GSW ($5,800)

Adama Sanogo and Matas Buzelis had promising showings in Saturday’s loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. However, Philips is looking to claim a spot on the main roster during the regular season. He looked good against the Warriors, finishing with a 17-point, 10-rebound double-double to finish the night. The Bulls have some holes to fill, so the team will likely give him a chance to prove what he can do.

Also Consider: Karlo Matkovic ($4,700), Nathan Mensah ($4,700), Daeqwon Plowden ($4,000), Branden Carlson ($4,000)
