David Njoku - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Updated Week 16 fantasy football tight end rankings for PPR scoring. Set winning lineups with our Week 16 ranks for fantasy football and the 2023 NFL season.

RotoBallers, amazingly, the semi-finals for the fantasy playoffs are already here. Tight end has become one of the most volatile positions in fantasy football. Unless you have an elite option such as Sam LaPortaTravis Kelce, T.J. Hockenson, or George Kittle, chances are you are streaming the position. For those playing the streaming game, we've you covered and will guide you to the fantasy Super Bowl, our NFL team's Week 16 PPR tight end rankings for the 2023 fantasy football season.

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku has recently become a top fantasy tight end option, catching 16 passes for 195 yards and three touchdowns over his last three games. Joe Flacco and Njoku continue to build a rapport with each other, making Njoku a must-start in all league formats. Below, you will see where Njoku and other critical tight ends such as Tucker KraftGerald Everett, Mike GesickiTanner Hudson, and Cade Otton rank this week.

Our PPR fantasy football tight end rankings for Week 16 are assembled by Nick MarianoScott EngelAndersen Pickard, and Brandon Murchinson. Week 16 Tight End Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks for key options in Week 16, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Cade Otton, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 115
Week 16 Tight End PPR Rankings: 19

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton didn't see much action during last week's win over the Green Bay Packers. The former fourth-round pick hauled in both his targets for 44 yards in the win. Otton has been held to two or fewer receptions in three straight games. It's worth noting that Otton does have a plus matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars defense this weekend.

A defense that has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends this season. Despite that, it's tough to trust that Otton is actually going to be involved in the passing attack. That being said, he'll be a low-end TE2 for this game.

Tucker Kraft, TE, Green Bay Packers
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 100
Week 16 Tight End PPR Rankings: 14

Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft will go on the road to take on the Carolina Panthers in Week 16. The rookie has filled in admirably for starter Luke Musgrave (abdomen), who is working his way back from injury. Kraft has averaged five targets over the past three weeks and could see that stock rise in Week 16. Christian Watson (hamstring) is set to miss his third game in a row. Jayden Reed (toe) has not practiced all week, and Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) is also listed as questionable.

Romeo Doubs is the only healthy wide receiver with any connection with quarterback Jordan Love, meaning Kraft could be second in target share come Sunday. The matchup is not great, as the Panthers have given up the fourth-fewest yards in the league to tight ends. However, if the target share for Kraft is six or above, then he could be a viable streamer for those in need.

David Njoku, TE, Cleveland Browns
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 51
Week 16 Tight End PPR Rankings: 5

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku has been on fire over his past two games, combining to catch 16 passes for 195 yards and three touchdowns over that span. Njoku will look to keep it going in a road matchup against the Houston Texans in Week 16. Houston has been generous to tight ends in 2023, allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far.

Njoku has emerged as Joe Flacco's favorite target and sets up as a top-six fantasy tight end heading into the Week 16 slate of games. The 27-year-old should be locked into fantasy lineups for managers still alive in the fantasy playoffs.
