Jordan Addison's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 12 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Jordan Addison for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3
ANALYSIS: Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison rates as a solid fantasy WR3 option ahead of Monday night's meeting with the Chicago Bears.
The rookie out of USC was looking really good earlier in the season, catching touchdowns in the first two games of his NFL career. However, consistency has been a bit of an issue for Addison so far.
Last week against the Broncos, he was targeted six times, catching three of those passes for 44 yards. He's had just one game all season with fewer receptions and the 44 yards were the fewest since his first meeting with the Bears back in October.
In that contest, Addison was targeted five times, catching three passes for 28 yards and a touchdown. The scoring play salvaged what was an otherwise disappointing fantasy showing for the Vikings wideout.
There's plenty of upside for Addison this week as he's caught seven touchdown passes this season, but there's also another wrinkle that complicates things—the status of Justin Jefferson, who is questionable for this game. If Jefferson is back in the lineup, Addison could see a drop in targets, lowering both his floor and his ceiling for fantasy purposes.
