Washington Commanders defensive end Chase Young (knee) has been ruled out for the Week 13 matchup against the New York Giants. The organization is going to continue to play it safe with Young who tore his ACL and MCL last year. The good news is, the Commanders plan on having Young return for Week 15. That will give him two extra weeks to rest and recover before getting back on the field.
