Montreal Canadiens goaltender Jake Allen stood on his head and saved 49 shots in Saturday's 4-2 victory over Toronto. It's the most saves Allen has had in a regular-season contest, and he now boasts three different games with 45-plus saves this season. Allen's shutout bid was ruined by Auston Matthews just 36 seconds into the game, but he quickly recovered and didn't concede again until the 7:33 mark in the third period when William Nylander scored a power-play goal. The 31-year-old has gone 2-1-2 since returning from injury last week, allowing 2.79 goals per game with a .931 save percentage. He sits on a 7-17-4 record for the whole campaign and has registered a 3.09 goals-against average with a .908 save percentage and two shutouts.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
