Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks

Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 10:

Parker Washington, WR, Jaguars

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington led the Jaguars in targets and receptions in Week 9 against the Las Vegas Raiders. He hauled in eight of his nine receptions for 90 yards, with a very solid 26 percent target share. Travis Hunter (knee) is out for another three games minimum, Brenton Strange (hip, quadriceps) is sidelined, and Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) is struggling in 2025 and rolled his ankle late in the game on Sunday, and is questionable heading into Week 10.

The Jaguars traded for Jakobi+Meyers" data-id="20876">Jakobi Meyers on Tuesday; however, Washington should still receive a majority of the looks on Sunday against the Houston Texans while Meyers adjusts to the new offense. The unfortunate news is that the Texans are a tough matchup, allowing the fourth fewest points to opposing wide receivers. Derek Stingley Jr. is also one of the top cornerbacks in the game, so it might be tough sledding for the Jaguar pass catcher he guards on Sunday.

That said, the targets should be there for Washington, as he's now seen 19 over his last two games, making him a flex option in Week 10 and a must-add off the waiver wire.

A.J. Brown, WR, Eagles

Updating a previous report, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (hamstring) was able to practice in full at the team's first practice of the week on Thursday. It's music to fantasy managers' ears after Brown was forced to sit out of the Week 8 win over the New York Giants due to a hamstring injury. The 28-year-old was able to get extra rest during the team's Week 9 bye, though, and the extra time off has apparently done him well.

Barring a setback with his hamstring, Brown should be all systems go in Week 10 for a Monday night showdown against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.

Coming into Week 10, Brown is averaging only 10.3 half-PPR fantasy points per week, which is tied for 35th among receivers. The matchup against Green Bay's defense isn't ideal, but fantasy managers can take comfort in knowing that Philly's passing attack was starting to hum before the bye. Brown is still a must-start WR in fantasy because of his high ceiling when he's clicking.

Devin Singletary, RB, Giants

New York Giants running back Devin Singletary was expected to have an increased role this weekend with Cam Skattebo (ankle) sidelined for the rest of the season. However, nobody expected him to out-touch Week 9's hottest waiver wire pickup, Tyrone Tracy Jr. Singletary not only out-touched Tracy 10 to nine, but he also played 56% of the snaps compared to Tracy's 44%.

Singletary was also more efficient with his touches, averaging 5.38 YPC to Tracy's 3.60 YPC. It's a small sample size of one game, so it's important not to overreact, considering Tracy was the starter in 2024; however, it's a situation to monitor moving forward, and Singletary no longer deserves to be on the waiver wire in 12-team formats.

He should be rostered heading into Week 10 and has some RB3 value against the Chicago Bears, who rank middle of the pack against opposing running backs.

Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Colts

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. (glute) returned to practice on Thursday after being listed as a non-participant on Wednesday with a glute injury, according to James Boyd of The Athletic. It's encouraging news that means Pittman should be available to play this weekend in Berlin, Germany, versus the Atlanta Falcons. The 28-year-old is having a bounce-back season in 2025 with quarterback Daniel Jones running the offense in Indy.

The former first-rounder had only 808 receiving yards and three touchdowns in 16 games in 2024, but he's already up to 52 catches, 561 receiving yards, and a career-high-tying six touchdowns in 2025 through nine starts. As long as Pittman is available to play this weekend overseason, he should be a must-start in all fantasy football lineups as the Colts' WR1.

Through nine weeks, Pittman is the WR11 in half-PPR scoring in average fantasy points per game.
