Week 14 NFL Weather Report - Fantasy Football Lineup Impacts

Jerry Jeudy - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Kipp's Week 14 NFL weather report for fantasy football (2025). He looks at NFL game weather forecasts to help make key fantasy football start/sit decisions.

Hello everyone, and welcome back to our Week 14 fantasy football weather report for the 2025 NFL season! The first few months of the season brought us very few weather concerns, but now that the winter months of December and January have arrived, it is time to ramp up this session again. I will be here every week through the Super Bowl to discuss the weather forecasts for every NFL game, where appropriate. This is an article that is near and dear to my heart, as I am always looking for a weather edge where I can find one.

We will rely on the most accurate and up-to-date weather forecasts for each stadium from AccuWeather, a source that provides comprehensive weather maps. Factors such as temperature, precipitation, wind speed/direction, and visibility can play a crucial role in shaping game outcomes and statistics.

Our goal with this article is to help you make informed decisions for your fantasy teams and other betting activities, enabling you to capitalize on opportunities or navigate the challenges posed by weather dynamics. Additionally, I hope to be able to update the article at least once each weekend before games kick off. Here is your comprehensive fantasy football weather report for Week 14 of the 2025 season.

Dome Games (No Weather Impact)

Some games in Week 14 will benefit from being played in domed stadiums, where the weather won't affect the outcome. These indoor venues provide a consistent environment.

  • Dallas Cowboys @ Detroit Lions (Thursday Night Slate)
  • Seattle Seahawks @ Atlanta Falcons (Sunday Early Slate)
  • Washington Commanders @ Minnesota Vikings (Sunday Early Slate)
  • Denver Broncos @ Las Vegas Raiders (Sunday Afternoon Slate)
  • Los Angeles Rams @ Arizona Cardinals (Sunday Afternoon Slate)
  • Philadelphia Eagles @ Los Angeles Chargers (Monday Night Slate)

Minimal Weather Impact

These outdoor games in Week 14 don't appear to have very many weather concerns.

New Orleans Saints @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Sunday Early Slate)

We have a battle of NFC South rivals on Sunday afternoon at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. Thankfully, we should not have too many weather concerns for this matchup.

The weather for this game should be pretty solid, according to AccuWeather, with temperatures sitting in the mid-70s under partly sunny skies. Winds are also expected to be mild with sustained winds coming in at 6 mph, with gusts pushing 14 mph. Start your studs in this one.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Baltimore Ravens (Sunday Early Slate)

We have a huge AFC North matchup on tap for Sunday when the Steelers travel to M&T Bank Stadium to take on the Ravens in Baltimore, MD. Thankfully, the weather should not be much of an issue, as AccuWeather currently projects temperatures to be in the lower 40s under mostly cloudy skies.

Winds should not be much of an issue, either, as current sustained winds are projected to be around 7 mph with gusts hovering around 13 mph. Nothing in this game would give me pause about rolling my studs out there.

Indianapolis Colts @ Jacksonville Jaguars (Sunday Early Slate)

A huge game with AFC South implications as well as overall playoff implications will take place in Jacksonville, FL, on Sunday when the Colts travel to meet the Jaguars. The weather for this game should be rather nice, as current temperatures are expected to be in the lower 60s under partly sunny skies. Wind should not be an issue either, as the current projected gusts are just around 2 mph.

Miami Dolphins @ New York Jets (Sunday Early Slate)

We have an AFC East rivalry scheduled for Sunday in East Rutherford, NJ, when the Dolphins travel to MetLife Stadium to face the Jets. While these two teams are likely headed to Cancun in the offseason, we may still get an entertaining game with pretty solid weather.

Temperatures are expected to be in the lower 40s under cloudy skies. Winds are not expected to be much of an issue, as current sustained winds are projected to be around 8 mph, with gusts hovering around 15 mph. Overall, this game looks pretty solid compared to some others on the slate.

Houston Texans @ Kansas City Chiefs (Sunday Night Slate)

Two teams fighting for a playoff spot is exactly what we will get when the Texans travel to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs.  Thankfully, the weather will not be of much concern in this one. AccuWeather currently has temperatures listed in the lower 20s under mostly cloudy skies. Winds are also expected to be mild, with sustained winds coming in at 5 mph and gusts around 9 mph. Start your studs in this one.

Moderate Weather Impact

Let's take a look at some games where the weather is not quite severe, but could still have a moderate impact on the game, and help give us some information on what types of skill players might be worth being more cautious with.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Buffalo Bills (Sunday Early Slate)

We have a terrific matchup between the Joe Burrow-led Bengals and the Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park, NY, this Sunday afternoon. We may also get some snow, which is not all that unusual this time of year for a Buffalo home game. Currently, AccuWeather tells us that temperatures will be in the lower 30s under mostly cloudy skies.

Additionally, there is a near 60% chance of snow in the afternoon during the game. Winds are expected to be somewhat mild with sustained winds sitting at 6 mph and gusts coming in around 15 mph. While neither the snow nor the wind alone would worry me, the combination of the two makes it a good idea to use kickers outside of Evan McPherson and Matt Prater.

Tennessee Titans @ Cleveland Browns (Sunday Early Slate)

We have another game in Cleveland with weather concerns this week, as the Titans travel to face the Browns. Last week was ugly when the San Francisco 49ers traveled to Cleveland, and this week appears to be somewhat similar, albeit slightly better. While there is no precipitation expected in this one, temperatures will be cold and in the upper 20s, and there will be wind to contend with yet again.

Currently, AccuWeather notes that sustained winds are expected to be around 12 mph, which is not so bad; however, gusts are expected to be pushing 30 mph, which is a major red flag. It would be best advised to sit kickers in this game, and I would likely avoid players involved in the deep passing game, like Jerry Jeudy.

Chicago Bears @ Green Bay Packers (Sunday Afternoon Slate)

It has been quite some time since we have had such a crucial NFC North matchup between the Packers and the Bears, but that is exactly what we are getting this Sunday at Lambeau Field. As expected in the month of December in Wisconsin, it is going to be absolutely frigid for this game.

AccuWeather currently has temperatures projected to be in the teens under partly sunny skies. Winds are also expected to be slightly above moderate, as current sustained winds are projected to be 9 mph, with gusts pushing 17 mph. It would likely be best to sit kickers in these temperatures, but I would not otherwise recommend sitting any skill position players due to the weather conditions.

Severe Weather Impact

There are currently no games scheduled in Week 14 with severe weather impacts or concerns.
