ANALYSIS: Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has had trouble finding consistency without his quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa (concussion), who has been sidelined since Week 3. During this span, Hill has averaged just 44 yards per game with just 4.3 receptions.
However, in the season opener, Hill caught seven passes for 130 yards and a score and was on track to be another elite fantasy contributor after his stellar 1,799-yard 13 TD performance last season.

Even though the Miami offense has greatly underperformed without their QB1, they have a very favorable matchup this weekend against the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts have allowed the 24th-most points to opposing wideouts in PPR formats, which should help a struggling Miami offense get back on track.
Fantasy managers should feel confident starting Hill in all formats as a WR2 with upside.
