Raheem Mostert's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 11 (2024). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Raheem Mostert for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB4
ANALYSIS: Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert lost a fumble on a careless carry in Week 9. It was his second fumble in three weeks. Since then, he's been effectively benched, and the team has relied much more heavily on second-year RB De'Von Achane.
6 Dolphins had a carry. Raheem Mostert wasn't one of them. He was effectively benched last week with a 3rd-quarter fumble. Now he's on kick returns.

Unless he regains a larger role in the backfield, he's not worth starting. He played just 15% of snaps in Week 10, and caught two of his three targets for 34 yards. He can be a weapon in the receiving game, and is still reasonably explosive. It's possible he could regain somewhat of a rushing role, as rookie back Jaylen Wright had just three yards on five carries.
It's better to leave the 32-year old the bench until that happens, though. It's likely Miami drafted Wright as Mostert's eventual replacement, but the freshman hasn't made an impact so far, mostly due to limited opportunities. His usage and production this season are far cries from what they were in his stellar 2023 effort.
