1 min agoCincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon (concussion) and wide receiver Tee Higgins (hamstring) were removed from Friday's final injury report and will be active in Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns. Mixon missed the last two games with a concussion, but he's cleared the league's protocol and will return to his lead-back role this weekend. Backup Samaje Perine will remain involved, but Mixon should be returned to all starting fantasy lineups as an RB1 against a vulnerable Browns run defense. Higgins' fantasy managers can breathe a sigh of relief after he was limited in practice this week. The 23-year-old has scored in back-to-back weeks and remains a must-start WR1 in fantasy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

2 mins agoCarolina Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold led the team to a win in Week 12 and will hope to continue his success in a Week 14 contest against the Seattle Seahawks. Seattle is allowing 21 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, so this is a matchup Darnold can look to take advantage of. Given that the Seahawks' defense has been even worse against running backs, though, the Panthers could very well choose to give D'Onta Foreman and Chuba Hubbard over 40 carries combined, just as they did two weeks ago. Darnold is best left on fantasy waiver wires for now and should only be viewed as a desperation start in superflex and two-quarterback leagues.--Jorden Hill - RotoBallerSource: RotoBaller

5 mins agoTennessee Titans tight ends Chigoziem Okonkwo and Austin Hooper have each had just a few fantasy-relevant weeks this season, but Treylon Burks (concussion) is out of action, and Derrick Henry has struggled in recent weeks, so both could see more targets in Week 14. When Burks left the game against the Eagles last week, Okonkwo began to line up as slot wide receiver, catching four of his five targets for 68 yards. He's averaging 18.3 yards per reception and has high-end athleticism for tight ends, so he could become a fantasy factor down the stretch. For now, neither Okonkwo nor Hooper have high floors, but either can be used at dart throws in Week 14.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBallerSource: ESPN
Share:
11 mins agoTennessee Titans wide receiver Robert Woods is currently the WR70 in total PPR fantasy points and has remained far from the fantasy radar. In traditional leagues, he should stay on the waiver wire. However, he can be considered as a deep league desperation dart throw as Treylon Burks (concussion) has been ruled out of the Week 14 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars' passing defense has struggled in recent weeks, but Woods still has no safe floor in a run-heavy offense. Woods should be the primary wideout for Tennessee, but he'll likely have to score a touchdown to produce anything fantasy-friendly.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBallerSource: NFL Fantasy

16 mins agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (ankle) and kicker Brandon McManus (quadriceps) were both removed from Friday's final injury report and will play in Week 14 against the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs. Jeudy returned in Week 13 from a two-game absence to catch all four of his targets for 65 yards on 38 percent of the offensive snaps. He should be much more involved in his second game back, and he'll be operating as quarterback Russell Wilson's top receiving target with Courtland Sutton (hamstring) out. Jeudy will have some WR2 upside in a game in which Denver should have to throw often. McManus has one of the strongest kicking legs in the NFL, but Denver's low-scoring offense doesn't give him enough opportunities to make him fantasy relevant.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: DNVR Sports - Zac Stevens

20 mins agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 14 against the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs, according to head coach Nathaniel Hackett. Sutton picked up a hamstring injury early in last week's loss to the Baltimore Ravens and was unlikely to play against KC. Fantasy managers can officially lock him onto their benches for the weekend. It's a downgrade for an already unattractive QB2 in quarterback Russell Wilson. Jerry Jeudy, who returned from a two-game absence in Week 13, should be heavily targeted as the Broncos' top receiver this Sunday with Sutton out. Kendall Hinton and rookie Brandon Johnson should also have elevated roles in the lowest-scoring offense in the NFL.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: DNVR Sports - Zac Stevens

27 mins agoNew York Jets wide receiver Corey Davis (illness) returned to a full practice on Friday and was removed from the final Week 14 injury report. Davis will play on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. Davis has been dealing with an illness this week that limited him in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, but he'll be fine to play this weekend. The 27-year-old has some more fantasy upside now that Mike White is at quarterback for the Jets. Davis caught five of 10 targets for 85 yards in last week's loss to the Minnesota Vikings. He should be the No. 2 behind rookie first-rounder Garrett Wilson, giving him some boom/bust WR4/flex appeal in deeper fantasy leagues in a tough draw against the Bills.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: NewYorkJets.com

33 mins agoThe Jacksonville Jaguars have listed quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) as questionable to play in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Lawrence is dealing with a sprained left big toe. He wasn't able to practice on Wednesday and Thursday before returning to a limited session on Friday, but he's still up in the air to play this weekend. The 23-year-old would have a good matchup against a banged-up Titans secondary if he plays, but he could also be less productive at less than 100 percent. If backup C.J. Beathard gets the start, fantasy managers would need to downgrade all of Jacksonville's offensive skill players in fantasy. The Titans defense would also be a very attractive streaming unit against a QB that hasn't made an NFL start since 2020.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: FOX Sports - Ben Arthur

38 mins agoFree-agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. (knee) said, "I don't see the point of playing in the regular season." Beckham met with the New York Giants, Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys within the last week, but he didn't work out for any of them. Coming back from a torn ACL in January, there's is some doubt as to whether OBJ would even be physically able to return before the end of the regular season in five weeks. The 30-year-old wideout joined the Los Angeles Rams late in the regular season before hitting his stride in the playoffs on the way to a Super Bowl appearance. He hasn't had any offers from the three interested teams, and it feels more likely that he'll remain on the free-agent market than in 2021 because of his injury question marks. Beckham can be left to the waiver wire in single-season fantasy leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

45 mins agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (concussion) and running back Damien Harris (thigh) both missed another practice on Friday. Neither player has practiced this week and both are in serious danger of missing the Monday night game against the Arizona Cardinals. Meyers and Harris could return to practice on Saturday, but right now they are looking very iffy to play in Week 14. Meyers is the team's leading receiver, so an already slumping Patriots offense could be in trouble if he's out, which would lead to bigger roles for DeVante Parker, Nelson Agholor and Kendrick Bourne. Harris is trending toward missing his second straight game. Rhamondre Stevenson handled the bulk of the backfield workload in Week 13, with rookies Pierre Strong Jr. and Kevin Harris serving as backups.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: NESN - Zack Cox

50 mins agoCincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (hamstring) is expected to play in Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, according to head coach Zac Taylor. Higgins was limited in practice on Thursday and took part in the team's walk-through on Friday. The 23-year-old could show up as questionable on the final injury report, but he's expected to suit up this weekend. He has 19 receptions on 27 targets for 297 yards in the last three games, including touchdowns in each of the last two contests. As long as he's out there on Sunday in the divisional clash against Cleveland, he needs to be in all starting fantasy lineups in the Bengals' high-octane offense.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: ESPN.com - Ben Baby

1 hour agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (knee) is officially listed as doubtful to face the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14. John Harbaugh said he expects Tyler Huntley to start on Sunday, and listing him as doubtful instead of "out" feels like a strategic tactic for the Ravens to force the Steelers into considering the possibility he might play. Jackson's recent injury update suggests he'll almost certainly be out, but maybe there's an extremely low chance he suits up. Huntley is a top streaming candidate against a struggling Pittsburgh defense.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBallerSource: Jamison Hensley

1 hour agoTennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) has been ruled out for the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Although he's just a rookie, his absence affects the Titans' offense in a big way as a whole. The ceiling of Ryan Tannehill is obviously capped without Burks, but Derrick Henry's ceiling could be too. With Robert Woods, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, and Austin Hooper as top pass-catchers for Tennessee, opponents are not forced to respect the passing attack. That said, Jacksonville will likely load the box all afternoon on Sunday. Woods is slightly on the fantasy radar with Burks out, but he still has a low floor.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBallerSource: Jim Wyatt -- TennesseeTitans.com

1 hour agoNew York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (neck) is officially questionable to play against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 14. Barkley has proven to be durable this season after two years of injury issues, but he's back on the injury report in 2022. Barkley logged limited practices on Thursday and Friday, so he does have a chance to suit up. However, neck injuries are obviously serious, so it could go either way for Sunday. The Eagles are just a neutral matchup for fantasy running backs and Barkley remains a must-start if he's active.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBallerSource: Adam Schefter
Share:
2 hours agoPittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris (oblique) will play against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 14, as he was removed from the final injury report for Sunday. Harris didn't practice on Wednesday but was upgraded to a limited participant in Thursday's practice before taking in a full practice on Friday. Baltimore has a weak secondary that teams easily exploit, but they have allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points per game to running backs. That said, Harris has a wide range of outcomes. Jaylen Warren is back to full health and could start taking a ton of work from Harris, so his floor isn't safe. All that said, he's still a virtual must-start with the current climate of the running back position in fantasy.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBallerSource: NFL Fantasy
