Xavien Howard, Dolphins Reworking Contract
The Miami Dolphins reportedly are reworking defensive back Xavien Howard's contract to remain with the team in 2022. Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said, "he made a promise to revisit the deal after adjusting it last summer." The 28-year-old racked up 50 tackles, a sack, five interceptions, two forced fumbles, and two defensive touchdowns over 16 games in 2021. He requested a trade last offseason but agreed to stay with the Dolphins on a reworked contract. Howard and Miami will meet to renegotiate a new contract in 2022. Stay tuned for further updates.Read More News
