3 years agoDenver Broncos pass-rusher Von Miller (ankle), who left the game just before halftime in the Thursday night loss to the Cleveland Browns, said he would play in Week 8 against the Washington Football Team. "I'm good. They just wouldn't let me go back in," Miller said. The injury looked pretty bad, but Miller was able to walk off the field gingerly under his own power and apparently dodged a serious injury after X-rays came back clean. We won't take his word for being a lock to return next weekend, but the fact that his injury doesn't look serious initially is about the only silver lining for the Broncos defense after they allowed third-string running back D'Ernest Johnson to rush for 146 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries. They have turned the ball over just one time during their four-game losing streak and are fading from fantasy relevance very quickly.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
