Cincinnati Reds right-hander Tyler Mahle turned in another quality start on Saturday, holding the Miami Marlins to three runs over six innings of work. He wound up taking the hard-luck loss as his offense was shut out by the Miami pitching staff. Mahle allowed five hits while striking out four in the game. The young right-hander has been impressive over the past two weeks, posting a 3.44 ERA, 0.89 WHIP, and 22 strikeouts in 18 1/3 innings of work. He probably won't earn many wins this season but he should contribute enough to be worthy of a roster spot as a back-end starter in most leagues.--Matt T - RotoBaller
