Tyler Anderson Posts Quality Start
7 years agoColorado Rockies starting pitcher Tyler Anderson doesn’t get much of the attention in Denver, but he looked like a stud on Wednesday. Anderson went seven innings against the Cubs in Wrigley, and he was nearly flawless. He only allowed three hits on the day, though two of them were solo homers. He struck out nine and walked one, and that brought his ERA to 3.78 for the season. This was an excellent bounceback for Anderson after he had to leave his last start early due to dizziness. Anderson isn’t quite dependable, but his mix of good and bad starts at least earns him a spot on watch lists in most leagues.
