6/1:Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki has started jogging, which is the next step in the rehab process as he works his way back from surgery to remove bone spurs from both of his heels. This is certainly progress for the often-injured 33-year-old, but we wouldn’t get too excited just yet. He likely still has a ways to go, and even when he does feel ready, there’s no guarantee he’ll be productive. Tulo is coming off a 2017 that saw him slash a bad .249/.300/.378 with seven home runs across 260 plate appearances. Given his worsening ability to stay healthy and declining production, Tulowitzki’s days as a viable everyday fantasy option are likely done.--John Smith
