Edmonton Oilers center Tobias Rieder picked up a pair of assists with a plus-two rating in 16:04 of ice time in Saturday's 5-3 road victory against the Nashville Predators. After a six-game scoreless run to start the season the German-born pivot has picked up the pace with five assists and a plus-3 rating over his modest three-game point streak. He even has been seeing some time on the Edmonton power play. Despite two straight multi-point showings, Rieder is still only a player worth monitoring in most fantasy pools.--Daniel Dobish
