Tim Patrick Has Worst Game Of His Season On Thursday
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick caught a season-low two passes (five targets) for just 16 yards in the 17-14 loss to the Cleveland Browns on the road on Thursday Night Football in Week 7. His five targets were tied for third-most on the team on a night where Denver was really dominated on both sides of the ball despite what the scoreboard said when the night was over -- the offense had just two first downs in the first half. Patrick has been a reliable target the last two seasons, but he's not explosive and will pretty much be useless again in fantasy when/if Jerry Jeudy (ankle) returns in Week 8 against the Washington Football Team. The 27-year-old can probably be dropped in 12-team leagues with Jeudy's return from Injured Reserve looming.
