T.J. Hockenson Rejuvenated After Bye Week
3 years agoDetroit Lions tight end T.J. Hockenson said his body feels good after the bye last week, and he wasn't listed on the team's injury report for the Week 10 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers for the first time in weeks. Hockenson also said his tracker clocked him running a route at 20.9 mph this week, which is the fastest that it's ever tracked him. At 6-foot-5, 248 pounds, it shows you just how dangerous a weapon Hockenson can be in an offense that lacks high-level talent. Coming off the bye, the 24-year-old ranks as the No. 10 fantasy tight end with 48 catches, 448 yards and two touchdowns in eight games. He caught 10 of 11 targets for 89 yards before the bye and will be a strong TE1 this Sunday against a Steelers defense that has allowed the third most fantasy points per game to the position in their last two games.
