Florida Panthers goaltender Spencer Knight (undisclosed) has been placed on Injured Reserve, meaning he will miss at least three games, starting with Tuesday's matchup against Colorado. The team hasn't yet provided any info regarding his injury. Alex Lyon has been brought up for the minors to work as Sergei Bobrovsky's backup. Knight has clearly outperformed Bobrovsky this season and his absence is a bitter blow for the team. He has gone 9-7-1 in 18 starts, while Bobrovsky enters Tuesday's action with a 9-12-1 record in 23 starts. Knight also has a lower goals-against average and a better save percentage.--Taavi Pailk
