Seiya Suzuki Blasts Homer No. 13
Seiya Suzuki went 3-for-5 with a three-run home run in his team's 13-6 road victory against the Cincinnati Reds. The 30-year-old added a single, a double, and scored three runs in the huge effort. It's the second time in three outings he's had a nearly identical stat line, with the only difference being an extra RBI and a walk from his matchup with the Marlins on Tuesday. Suzuki is well on his way to smashing the personal best mark of 21 homers he set in 2024. In fact, he could do it by the All-Star break if he keeps up this pace. Whether that comes to fruition remains to be seen. Regardless, he and fellow outfielders Kyle Tucker and Pete Crow-Armstrong have formed quite the formidable trio for Chicago. All three rank in the top ten of RBI producers and top 15 of home run hitters in the league.
