Ryon Healy Has Four Home Runs Over Last 11 Games
6 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Ryon Healy has turned on the power over the last two weeks, popping four home runs with 11 runs batted in over his last 11 games played. Healy now is slashing .246/.269/.500 over his last 30 games played with nine home runs and now has 18 bombs on the season. Healy has proved to be a smart acquisition for the Mariners this season, providing power at a position that was a real issue for their offense in 2017. The slugging first baseman has especially liked hitting at Safeco Field, powering 11 home runs with a .487 slugging percentage in 41 games at home this season. Healy's .275 on-base percentage severely affects his fantasy value but he can help on a short-term basis as a source of power in AL-only leagues heading into this week's action.
