Veteran winger Reilly Smith has rejoined the Vegas Golden Knights after being acquired in a trade with the New York Rangers. In the deal, Vegas gave up forward prospect Brendan Brisson and a third-round draft pick. Smith ranks fifth on the Golden Knights' all-time scoring list, with 286 points (124 goals, 162 assists) in 399 games. However, he has struggled to produce at the same level since leaving town in 2023. This season, Smith recorded only 10 goals and 29 points in 58 games with the Rangers. The 33-year-old may land a top-six job in Vegas, which would elevate his fantasy value.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
