Rasmus Dahlin Remains Out Tuesday
2 years agoBuffalo Sabres defenseman Rasmus Dahlin (undisclosed) will sit out a second consecutive game Tuesday versus Columbus. He remains day-to-day and will get his next chance to return Thursday against Boston. Dahlin has been sensational for the Sabres this season with 62 points in 56 games, but the team didn't really miss him on Sunday against Washington, winning 7-4. Getting goals without him against the third-worst defensive team in the league shouldn't be a problem either on Tuesday. Owen Power has replaced Dahlin on the first power-play unit and had a very busy outing against the Capitals, logging 27:43 of ice time. Henri Jokiharju has started to skate with the second unit.
