Kansas City Royals infielder Ramon Torres has been called up by the Royals on Saturday. Torres will take the spot of Cheslor Cuthbert (back) who has been placed on the disabled list. In 2018, Torres has hit .229 with four steals in 167 plate appearances at Triple-A Omaha. Torres did have a stint with the Royals in 2018. In that stint, he hit .243 with one stolen base in 79 PAs. Torres should only see limited playing time with the Royals, and will likely be sent back to Triple-A when Cuthbert is ready to return. For these reasons, Torres is not someone that fantasy owners should be looking to add at this stage.--Ben Rolfe
