4 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert (knee) is expected to return to a limited practice on Wednesday for the first time since suffering a sprained knee in Week 2, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan. However, Mostert's status for Week 5 against the Dolphins remains unclear. On Monday, Shanahan wasn't so optimistic about Mostert returning this week, but he's moving closer to a return. Receivers Dante Pettis (knee) and Trent Taylor will also be limited on Wednesday. Expect a questionable tag for Mostert this week, which won't make it any easier on his fantasy managers in a great matchup with the Dolphins poor run defense. Until we know more, consider Jerick McKinnon the better bet as an RB2, while Jeff Wilson Jr. would once again be in play as a deep league flex option if Mostert misses another game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
