Quinn Hughes Reaches 30-Point Plateau On Monday
1 year agoVancouver Canucks defenseman Quinn Hughes continued his ridiculous start to the season with a two-point performance in Monday's 3-1 win over San Jose, hitting already the 30-point mark for the campaign. He had a goal and an assist in the contest. Hughes became the third blue-liner in NHL history to reach 30 points for a season with fewer than 20 games, joining Bobby Orr and Al MacInnis. He has recorded eight goals and 22 assists across 19 outings. Only Tony Tanti in 1983-84 has made it to the 30-point plateau with fewer games in Canucks history (17).
