Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. (eye) has been placed on Injured Reserve due to an orbital fracture, per ESPN's Stephen Holder. Richardson Sr. suffered the injury in a freak accident while warming up with a stretch band before the Colts' Week 6 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals. The 23-year-old will now miss at least the next four games for Indianapolis, leaving the team without its preferred backup to starting quarterback Daniel Jones. Sixth-round rookie signal-caller Riley Leonard would currently be next in line if Jones were to get injured. However, Holder reports that the Colts will "consider signing a veteran to back up Jones depending on (Richardson Sr.'s) timeline."--Will Brady

Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren caught six of his nine targets for 63 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's Week 6 win over the Arizona Cardinals. The rookie has been quite impactful during his first pro season, ranking as the overall TE2 through six weeks. He has at least 14 fantasy points (PPR) in each of his last three games, which is one reason for his surge into the No. 2 spot. He fits nicely in the Colts' offense as a physical threat in the passing game, and we've also seen him run the football from time to time. Fantasy managers should have no hesitation about starting him as a mid-range TE1 in Week 7 against the Chargers.--Andersen Pickard

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor carried the ball 21 times for 123 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown during Sunday's Week 6 win over the Arizona Cardinals. He also caught all four of his targets for an additional 14 receiving yards. Taylor has been one of the most productive running backs this season, scoring eight touchdowns over his last five games and ranking as the overall RB1 in standard and half-PPR scoring. (He is the RB2 behind Christian McCaffrey in PPR leagues.) As long as Indianapolis continues to consistently operate from a neutral or positive game script, there will be plenty of opportunities for Taylor to produce. This is far from the last 20-carry, 100-yard game we'll see from the 26-year-old in 2025. He remains a high-end RB1 option heading into Week 7 against the Chargers.--Andersen Pickard

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones completed 22 of his 30 pass attempts for 212 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception during Sunday's Week 6 win over the Arizona Cardinals. He also added 20 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown. Jones continues to play at a high level while enjoying a career resurgence in Indianapolis. His Colts are 5-1, and he has been a top-10 fantasy quarterback, amassing 10 touchdowns and just three turnovers through six games. The 28-year-old will look to keep his momentum going when he faces the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 7.--Andersen Pickard

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. (eye) suffered an orbital fracture after a pregame incident while working out with an elastic band, head coach Shane Steichen told the media postgame. Steichen did not elaborate on what happened, other than noting that the band "malfunctioned." Richardson was taken to the hospital and will miss extended time. The improbable injury is a tough break for Richardson, a former first-round pick who was cemented as the backup quarterback behind Daniel Jones in Indianapolis. His recovery will likely take several weeks, which will put Riley Leonard in line to serve as Jones' backup for the time being.--Andersen Pickard

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. (eye) suffered an eye injury doing band work during pre-game warmups on Sunday and is inactive for the Week 6 game against the visiting Arizona Cardinals, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. It's a new low point in the former first-rounder's career after losing the starting gig to Daniel Jones to begin the 2025 season. With Richardson sidelined, rookie Riley Leonard will be forced to serve as the direct backup to Jones for Sunday's game at Lucas Oil Stadium. It's unknown at this time if Richardson will be available to back up Jones next week on the road in Los Angeles against the Chargers. Richardson has only appeared in two games so far this year and has completed one of his two pass attempts for nine yards.--Keith Hernandez

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Adonai Mitchell is a healthy scratch for the team's Week 6 contest on Sunday against the visiting Arizona Cardinals at Lucas Oil Stadium. With Alec Pierce (concussion) returning after a two-game absence, Mitchell will be the odd man out in Indy's receiving corps. The 23-year-old is firmly in head coach Shane Steichen's doghouse after two big blunders in the Week 4 loss to the Los Angeles Rams that cost the team the game. Mitchell dropped the football just before crossing the goal line in what would have been a long touchdown catch, and then he was called for holding on a big running play that would have gone for a touchdown. After that rough Week 4, Mitchell has fallen down the receiving depth chart for the Colts and is currently behind Michael Pittman Jr., Josh Downs, Pierce, and Ashton Dulin.--Keith Hernandez

The Indianapolis Colts defense has been an excellent unit through the first five weeks of the NFL season. The Colts have given opposing offenses fits so far, ranking third in the league with just 17.8 points allowed per game while ranking fifth with 14 sacks and fourth with six interceptions. The Cardinals have been generous to opposing D/STs this season, allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position. Add in the fact that Kyler Murray (foot) is dealing with a foot injury, and the Colts' defense is in an excellent spot in Week 6. Fantasy managers can trust them as a top-six option heading into Sunday's slate of games.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts kicker Michael Badgley will make his debut with his new team in a Week 6 home matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. Badgley was signed earlier in the week after former kicker Spencer Shrader (knee) suffered a season-ending knee injury in a Week 5 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. While this will be Badgley's first game this season, the Colts' offense has provided plenty of scoring opportunities for the kicker through the first five games of the season. This sets Badgley up as a top-12 fantasy option right out of the gate. Fantasy gamers can feel free to insert him into their starting lineups on Sunday as a solid option.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren's rookie season is off to a spectacular start so far. The first-year tight end has now caught 23 passes for 307 yards and one touchdown while adding another touchdown on the ground through five games. Warren will now look to keep it going in Week 6's home matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals have been average at best this season against tight ends, allowing the 13th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Warren has emerged as one of Daniel Jones' most trusted options in the passing attack this season and can be locked in as a top-six fantasy tight end this weekend.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs is off to a slow start in 2025. The veteran slot receiver has now caught just 20 passes for 175 scoreless yards in five contests. Downs thrived on seeing high volume over the past two seasons, but new Indy quarterback Daniel Jones seems to prefer throwing to Michael Pittman Jr. and Tyler Warren in the passing attack. Downs will hope to get it going in Week 6's home matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals are allowing the 20th-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts this season, setting up a moderately tough matchup for Downs and company. Downs is on the radar as a WR4/flex option in PPR leagues this season.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. is off to a hot start in 2025. The veteran wide receiver has now caught 26 passes for 273 yards and four touchdowns thus far. Pittman will look to keep it going in Week 6's home matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals have been solid against the pass this season, allowing the 20th-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts in five contests. That being said, Pittman has emerged as Indy's top wide receiver this season as Daniel Jones seems to prefer him over Josh Downs when dropping back to pass. Fantasy gamers can trust Pittman as a solid WR2 heading into Week 6's slate.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts running back DJ Giddens was busy in a Week 5 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Giddens saw his largest workload since back in Week 1 as he took five carries for 22 yards and failed to corral his lone target in a 40-6 blowout win over Las Vegas. The rookie running back will now get ready to take on the Arizona Cardinals at home in Week 6. The Cardinals are allowing the 12th-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs through five weeks, although it will be Jonathan Taylor, not Giddens, who likely gets to enjoy that matchup. That being said, Tyler Goodson (groin) will miss a second consecutive game, which will allow Giddens to operate as Taylor's main backup. This makes Giddens a very valuable handcuff in all fantasy leagues in case Taylor is forced to miss time at any point this season.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor has been one of the best players in fantasy through the first five weeks of the season. The veteran running back has accumulated 480 rushing yards while adding seven all-purpose touchdowns so far. He will look to stay hot in a Week 6 home matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals have struggled against opposing running backs this season, allowing the 12th-most fantasy points per game to the position through five games. Taylor is dominating the work in Indy's backfield this season and should continue to see the majority of the touches in Week 6. He sets up as a top-three overall running back in fantasy this weekend.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones has been playing inspired football through the first five weeks of the season. The veteran has thrown for 1,290 yards, six touchdowns, and two interceptions while adding three rushing touchdowns thus far. He will look to stay hot in a Week 6 home matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals have been good on defense this season, allowing just the 28th-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks through five games. That being said, the Colts' offense has been firing on all cylinders this season, and Jones has earned the trust of fantasy managers who have him rostered. He sets up as a low-end QB1 heading into Week 6.--Matt Terelle
