Tucker Kraft Reels In Touchdown, 33 Yards In Packers’ Win
Tucker Kraft provided a quality game, highlighted by a touchdown catch in the team's 24-22 victory over the Houston Texans in Week 7. Kraft disappointed fantasy managers in Week 6 following the two consecutive weeks where he had been the overall TE1, but Kraft found the end zone in the second quarter for the first Packers touchdown of the game. Kraft caught 3-of-4 targets for 33 yards and a 14-yard touchdown grab that saw him lay out in the end zone to make the catch. It's a battle every week amongst the Packers' pass-catchers and with so many quality targets for quarterback Jordan Love, Kraft has been solidly involved more often than not. With the Packers heading to Jacksonville with a Week 8 matchup against the Jaguars, Kraft should be considered a low-end fantasy TE1.Source: ESPN
Green Bay Packers tight end Jayden Reed Disappoints With 10 Yards In Packers' Week 7 Victory
Jayden Reed was a limited factor in the Packers' 24-22 victory against the Houston Texans in Week 7. Reed, who has been one of the most volatile wide receivers in the league from a fantasy perspective, didn't help his cause today as he caught just 2-of-4 targets for 10 yards. He also added a carry for no gain on the afternoon, as the offensive flowed through a host of other targets on the Packers' offense. Despite Reed's disappointing Week 7, that doesn't diminish the fact that he's a key part of the Packers' passing attack. In Week 8, the Packers will travel to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars. Reed should be a mid-range fantasy WR2 for that matchup with a fantasy-points floor is a bit lower than we'd like to admit, but sizeable fantasy upside.Source: ESPN
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks Scores, Adds 48 Yards In Packers’ Win
Dontayvion Wicks was a solid contributor to the Packers' 24-22 win over the Houston Texans in Week 7. Wicks (shoulder) was a game-time decision for the Packers after leaving in Week 6 with a shoulder injury. After three limited practices during the week, Wicks was good to go for Week 7 as he caught 3-of-6 targets for 48 yards and a 30-yard touchdown on a beautiful throw by Jordan Love. Wicks was second on the Packers in targets (6) and his touchdown was one of three touchdown scores on the day for Love. With the many pass-catchers on the Packers, it can be hard to find consistent footing each week, but the Packers continue to involve Wicks in the offense despite some issues with drops this season. The Packers will head south to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars in Week 8, where for fantasy, Wicks should be a low-end flex play with upside in that contest.Source: ESPN
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs’ Eight Catches Paces Packers In Victory
Romeo Doubs was excellent in his second-consecutive game for the Packers as the team edged the Houston Texans 24-22 in Week 7. Doubs led the Packers with 10 targets, eight receptions, and 94 receiving yards as he was a key component of Jordan Love's passing attack. While Dontayvion Wicks, Tucker Kraft, and Josh Jacobs scored the touchdowns through the air for the Packers, Doubs was very efficient and was the only consistent target-earning for quarterback Jordan Love and the Packers on the afternoon. With so many quality pass-catchers for Love in this excellent Packers' passing attack, Doubs has an emphasis for the Packers following a one-game suspension a couple of weeks ago. With this emphasis on Doubs being a focal point of the offense, consider Doubs a low-end WR3 for the Packers' Week 8 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.Source: ESPN
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Josh Jacobs Nabs First Career Touchdown Grab In Week 7 Win
Josh Jacobs was solidly effective for the Packers as he capped off his afternoon in Week 7 with a touchdown reception in the Packers' 24-22 victory. Jacobs averaged over 6.0 yards per carry, totaling 72 rushing yards on just 12 carries. Jacobs also caught 5-of-5 targets for 16 yards, including an eight-yard touchdown reception from quarterback Jordan Love in the third quarter. That touchdown grab was the first of his career and ended his streak of 211 receptions without a receiving touchdown; the longest in NFL history. While the passing game was on display for the Packers for much of the game, Jacobs was plenty involved and had a quality day for fantasy purposes. He'll look to continue that momentum as the Packers head south to face the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 8, where Jacobs should be considered a low-end RB1 for that matchup.Source: ESPN
Green Bay Packers running back Jordan Love’s Three Touchdowns Fuel Packers’ Win in Week 7
Jordan Love tossed three touchdown scores for most of the Packers' scoring on the afternoon as the team edged the Texans 24-22 in Week 7. Love had an up-and-down game with 24 of 33 passing for 220 yards with three touchdown passes and two interceptions. A touchdown pass to tight end Tucker Kraft kicked off the scoring on a beautiful diving play. Minutes later, Love found receiver Dontayvion Wicks for a 30-yard touchdown with a perfect touch pass over the top. The final touchdown pass was running back Josh Jacobs' first receiving touchdown of his career, an eight-yard dump-off. Love was very good for fantasy production on the afternoon as he continued his streak of multiple-touchdown games in all five games he has played this season. The Packers head south to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars, where Love will be a locked-in QB1 for that pristine matchup in Week 8.Source: ESPN
Green Bay Packers quarterback Packers D/ST Tallies Four Sacks In Victory
C.J. Stroud and held him to just 86 yards passing on the afternoon. Stroud could not get much offense generated on the afternoon, as the Packers held Stefon Diggs to just 23 yards on five receptions and Tank Dell without a catch. The Packers still gave up 22 points as Joe Mixon put up 115 yards rushing and two touchdowns. It wasn't pretty, but the Packers found a way to get it done, even if the fantasy output by Green Bay wasn't exactly fruitful with zero interceptions and zero fumble recoveries. Green Bay heads south to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars, where they will be a locked-in starting D/ST for fantasy managers.Source: ESPN
The Green Bay Packers defense and special teams unit were in a slugfest with the Houston Texans in Week 7, eventually outlasting the Texans 24-22 by a game-winning field goal. The Packers tallied four sacks on Texans' quarterback Quay Walker Evaluated For Concussion, Won't Return Sunday
Source: Green Bay Packers
Green Bay Packers linebacker Quay Walker (concussion) exited Sunday's game to be evaluated for a concussion and was subsequently ruled out for the remainder of the contest. At the time of his departure, he had registered one tackle, bringing his season total to 52. Ty'Ron Hopper should handle more defensive snaps for the duration of Walker's absence.Dontayvion Wicks Active Against Texans
Dontayvion Wicks (shoulder) is officially active for the Week 7 contest on Sunday at Lambeau Field against the Houston Texans. Wicks was limited in practice all week and picked up a questionable tag on the final injury report, but he will suit up after getting injured in last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals. The 23-year-old only caught one of his three targets for nine yards before getting hurt last week and had two receptions for 20 yards the week prior against the Los Angeles Rams. Wicks has found the end zone three times this year, including twice in the Week 4 loss to the division-rival Minnesota Vikings, but he'll continue to be a boom/bust WR4/flex for fantasy managers in a crowded receiver corps in Green Bay that also includes Jayden Reed, Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs.Source: KPRC 2 Sports - Aaron Wilson

Tucker Kraft In TE1 Conversation For Week 7
Tucker Kraft (groin) came off the Packers' final injury report after turning in three limited practices and is good to go as Green Bay takes on the Houston Texans in Week 7. After two consecutive overall TE1 performances in Weeks 4-5, Kraft came back down to earth with just two receptions for 13 yards in the Packers' win over the Cardinals. Kraft's down game had to do with the returning options back for the Packers, as Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson both came back to combine for three touchdowns. With so many weapons in tow for the Packers, Kraft's floor may be a bit lower than we'd like, but those two weeks where he was overall TE1 show the potential when he is targeted. Because of how shallow tight end is in fantasy, Kraft is a low-end TE1 against the Texans this week.Source: RotoBaller
Green Bay Packers tight end WR1 Potential For Jayden Reed In Week 7
Jayden Reed (ankle) turned in three limited practice sessions this week and was removed from the Packers' injury report for Week 7 as Green Bay hosts the Houston Texans. Reed has been a volatile fantasy option but has turned in 5-of-6 games with double-digit fantasy points, including an overall WR1 and WR2 finish. Big plays are Reed's specialty, but he's mixed in some target earning as well with at least six targets in 5-of-6 games this season. Reed has been used deep and at the line of scrimmage, as evidence by his average depth of target (aDOT) in Week 5 (12.7 yards) and his aDOT from Week 6 (-1.8 yards) where he was used more as a short-area target. No matter how he's used, Reed has been incredibly productive this season and will be a key piece of the puzzle when the Packers battle the Texans. Consider Reed a low-end fantasy WR1 with overall WR1 upside in this Week 7 clash.Source: RotoBaller
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Josh Jacobs A High-Floor RB1 Against Texans
Josh Jacobs has been solid, yet unspectacular this season. He will get another opportunity to get into the scoring column as the Packers host the Houston Texans in Week 7. Jacobs has gotten the lion's share of opportunity as the top rusher in Green Bay but has parlayed that into just one top-12 fantasy week in six games. He's been a high-floor, low-ceiling option at running back and has just one touchdown to his credit in Week 5 against the Rams. With both offenses stacked with options, it could be the running backs, namely Jacobs, that turn the tide and become the difference as the Texans have allowed the fourth-most yards after contact per attempt and Jacobs has been solid (29th of 61 qualified backs) in that regard. Look for Jacobs to be on that low-end RB/high-end RB2 line in Week 7 for fantasy purposes.Source: RotoBaller
