Marvin Harrison Jr. Clears Concussion Protocol, Will Play On Monday
Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) has cleared the league's concussion protocol and will play in Week 7 on Monday night against the Los Angeles Chargers, according to sources. The Cardinals removed Harrison from their final injury report on Saturday. The 22-year-old put in a full practice on Friday, paving the way for him to be cleared on Saturday. It's excellent news for the Cardinals offense and for fantasy managers. The matchup against the Bolts defense isn't ideal, but cornerback Asante Samuel (shoulder) is on Injured Reserve, and they could be without corner Kristian Fulton (hamstring) as well. Harrison has four touchdowns in his first six NFL games, but outside of his 130-yard performance back in Week 2, the talented rookie has been a bit of a disappointment fantasy-wise. Now that he's cleared, fantasy managers will want to return him to starting lineups.Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport
Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver Michael Wilson Limited Again Friday
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson (ankle) was listed as limited for a second straight practice. The Stanford product caught 2-of-4 targets for 21 yards and a touchdown in last weekend's loss to the Packers, participatingread more...
Marvin Harrison Jr. Puts In Full Practice On Friday
Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) shed his non-contact jersey and upgraded to a full practice participant on Friday after he was limited on Thursday. Harrison is still working his way through the league's concussion protocol and needs to gain clearance from an independent neurologist before being allowed to play on Monday night against the Los Angeles Chargers, but the 22-year-old fourth overall pick is clearly making progress. The young receiver suffered a concussion in the Week 6 loss to the Green Bay Packers last Sunday and was quickly ruled out, leaving his fantasy managers with a donut. If he's cleared from the protocol on Saturday, fantasy managers should lock him into all starting lineups, even in a difficult matchup against LA. If he's unable to play, Greg Dortch could be a sneaky flex play this weekend with Michael Wilson (ankle) also banged up.Source: ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss
Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., Michael Wilson Limited On Thursday
Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) and Michael Wilson (ankle) were both limited in Thursday's practice session. Harrison suffered a concussion in the Week 6 loss to the Green Bay Packers and put up a goose egg for his fantasy managers. Still needing to clear the league's concussion protocol in order to play on Monday night against the Los Angeles Chargers, Harrison will be a very shaky fantasy option this week. And with Wilson also banged up, Greg Dortch could be a popular streaming option if one or both of Harrison or Wilson are out or limited. Tight end Trey McBride would also have a much higher fantasy ceiling. The next couple days of practice will give us a much better idea of the statuses of Harrison and Wilson for Monday night. Harrison must get clearance from an independent neurologist in order to play against the Bolts.Source: ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss
Arizona Cardinals wide receivers Marvin Harrison Jr. In Concussion Protocol, Will Do Some Things In Practice

Matt Prater Lands On Injured Reserve
Matt Prater (knee) and defensive lineman Bilal Nichols (neck) on Injured Reserve on Tuesday, meaning both players will have to miss at least the next four games. Nichols will miss the rest of the season. To replace Prater on the active 53-man roster, the Cardinals elevated Chad Ryland from the practice squad. In the last two games with Prater out, Ryland has gone 5-for-6 on field goals and made both of his extra points. Prater made all six of his field goals and went 10-for-10 on extra points in his four games, surpassing the career 1,800-point plateau. The earliest Prater will be eligible to return from IR will be after the team's Week 11 bye for a Week 12 contest against the division-rival Seattle Seahawks. Ryland will be a poor streaming option for fantasy managers in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night.Source: AZCardinals.com - Darren Urban

Chad Ryland Nails Two Field Goal In Week 6 Loss
Chad Ryland nailed two field goals (38, 40) and one extra point in the 34-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Ryland has stepped up well, filling in for Matt Prater (knee). Arizona's offense struggled to get into scoring position and keep the ball when doing so, limiting Ryland's opportunities. However, when called upon, he has performed well. It is unclear who the team's kicker will be next week against the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night, but there are better options at kicker at the moment for fantasy managers.Source: ESPN.com
Arizona Cardinals kicker Arizona Cardinals Defense Surrenders 34 Points In Week 6 Loss
Source: ESPN.com
The Arizona Cardinals' defense struggled to slow down the Packers and their passing offense, allowing four touchdowns through the air in the 34-13 loss in Week 6. The Packers were 7-for-12 on third downs, often sustaining long drives, while the Cardinals' offense did the opposite, causing the Cardinals' defense to be on the field a lot. Cardinals cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting intercepted a pass before halftime that looked like it could spark the Cardinals. However, that didn't come to fruition, as the Cardinals never mounted a comeback. Arizona's DST will try to bounce back against the Los Angeles Chargers, but the Cardinals' defense is hard to trust from a fantasy standpoint as there are better options for managers in Week 7.Greg Dortch Catches Three Passes In Week 6
Greg Dortch saw increased usage in the Week 6 loss, catching three passes for 36 yards, but hindered his production with a costly fumble in the red zone as the Cardinals were trying to come back. The Cardinals were blown out by the Green Bay Packers, losing 34-13, and the offense did not show up. Dortch hasn't found a clear role in the Cardinals' passing game this season but remains their primary slot receiver. With Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) going down with a concussion, more targets will open up in the Cardinals' passing game, creating more opportunities for other receivers. While the potential target increase could make Dortch a streaming option in Week 7, he is a risky waiver wire target ahead of the Cardinals' matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers.Source: ESPN.com
Arizona Cardinals' James Conner Receives Just Seven Carries In Week 6
James Conner ran the ball just seven times for 24 yards in Sunday's disappointing 34-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers. The Cardinals fell behind early and shifted to a pass-first game plan, diminishing Conner's role, though he did catch four passes for 22 yards. The Cardinals didn't adjust well to the weather and struggled to move the ball. Conner also dealt with ankle issues, although he was never on the injury report. With Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) going down with a concussion, the Cardinals could rely more on the rushing attack in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Chargers, and fantasy managers should still trust Conner for that matchup.Source: ESPN.com
Arizona Cardinals running back Trey McBride Catches A Team-High Eight Passes In Week 6
Trey McBride impressed in the team's loss against the Green Bay Packers. McBride caught eight passes for 96 yards and was relied upon to carry the offense while they tried to get going. The Cardinals struggled to sustain drives and put up enough points to stay in the game. As the game began to slip away from them, the Cardinals shifted to center the offense around McBride, targeting him on crucial third downs, and they finally started to move the ball. With rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) going down with a concussion, McBride is likely to be the focal point of the Cardinals' passing game. He is a must-start moving forward and has the potential for an elite performance in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Chargers.Source: ESPN.com
Arizona Cardinals tight end Michael Wilson Catches Only Touchdown In Week 6 Loss
Michael Wilson caught an 18-yard touchdown before the first half ended in the Cardinals' blowout 34-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Wilson only caught one other pass, bringing his stat line to two catches for 21 yards and a touchdown. The Cardinals struggled to adjust to the weather and sustain drives, limiting their offensive capabilities. The Cardinals' offense should improve moving forward as their schedule starts to lighten up. With Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) potentially missing time, Wilson is in line to become the team's No. 1 wide receiver, making him an intriguing start in the Cardinals' Week 7 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.Source: ESPN.com
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Kyler Murray Throws For 214 Yards In Week 6 Loss
Kyler Murray had a decent outing despite the blowout 34-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Murray's official stat line completed 22 of 32 pass attempts for 214 yards and one passing touchdown, adding 14 rushing yards on seven carries. The Cardinals struggled to adjust to the wet conditions and lost Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) early in the game due to a concussion. This allowed the Packers to take a commanding lead, and despite the game getting away from the Cardinals, Murray remained composed and delivered a better outing than what could have been given the circumstances. The Cardinals will welcome the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night, and managers should still trust Murray in that spot as a low-end QB1 for Week 7.Source: Pro Football Focus
