After trading heavy shots from the outset, with both fighters having their moments, Brundage landed an upercut that hurt Marquez. Brundage was badly hurt by Marquez toward the end of the opening round, but Brundage was able to turn things around. Not long after that, Brundage landed an upercut that hurt Marquez.
