10/9:New York Giants defensive end Olivier Vernon (ankle) is "very optimistic" that he'll make his season debut in Week 6 against the Eagles on Thursday Night Football after getting in a limited practice session on Monday. New York is tied with Oakland with a league-low six sacks through five games, so they desperately need their best pass rusher back. Vernon could be eased back into action if he starts for the first time this year, so he probably wouldn't be the best IDP choice right off the bat.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
