6 years agoMinnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Kansas City Royals. This appears to be a routine day off for the veteran slugger. Jorge Polanco will serve as the designated hitter and bat second versus righty Brad Keller. Polanco has been fantastic this season and is a hard bat to pass up in DFS contests.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
