Colorado Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon (lower body) has been ruled out for three weeks after getting injured in a 4-2 loss to Columbus over the weekend. J.T. Compher has taken MacKinnon's spot on the top line at practice and looks set to center the top line for a while. MacKinnon already missed a couple of games at the start of the season because of COVID-19 protocols. He's scored once in eight appearances this term, adding nine assists with 23 shots. Compher sits on five goals and four assists, with five of his points coming in the last five games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
