1 year agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard/forward Naji Marshall (knee) will be re-evaluated in approximately two weeks, the team announced on Monday. The 25-year-old missed a third straight game to start the year Monday night against Golden State, and he looks set to be unavailable for at least seven more games. Marshall averaged over 23 minutes off the bench last season and even earned 21 starts as the team struggled with injuries. New Orleans could have really used him versus the Warriors, as Brandon Ingram (knee) was a late scratch. Dyson Daniels, Matt Ryan, and Jordan Hawkins have seen the most action off the Pelicans bench this term, with the latter also marking his first career start in Monday's matchup due to Ingram's absence.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
