Montreal Canadiens goaltender Antti Niemi will get his second straight start on Monday as he faces the Detroit Red Wings. Niemi made 25 saves on 28 shots in his first start on Saturday and then stood tall in the shootout to earn the win. As sharp as he looked in the shootout, there was room for improvement during regulation but playing against a struggling Detroit team will play in his favor. Detroit is near the bottom of the league in scoring, averaging only 2.2 goals per game and generating 28.4 shots per game. If Niemi can be anywhere around the .911 save percentage that he posted last season, then Montreal will have a good chance to come away with the win.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
