4 years agoThe Philadelphia Eagles expect running back Miles Sanders (knee) to miss their Thursday night game this week against the Giants. The injury could also keep Sanders out the following week against the Cowboys, so you'll need to have a backup plan if you roster him. The 23-year-old left in the second half of the Week 6 loss to the Ravens and didn't return. With Sanders set to miss time, backup Boston Scott will be a popular waiver-wire addition this week and should see the majority of backfield touches against a Giants team allowing the 13th-most fantasy points to running backs this year.
