There's a feeling from people around the NFL and even some within the Dallas Cowboys organization that head coach Mike McCarthy will be measured by how the team's final game goes this postseason. If Dallas plays well and makes a deep run, McCarthy will have a great chance to keep his job. However, if they struggle and end the year with an embarrassing loss, which has happened in each of the last two years, then some feel that a change could come in Dallas. The Cowboys and McCarthy have plenty to prove in the Week 18 regular season finale on Sunday against the Washington Commanders and then in the playoffs.
